Project Overview
We are building and scaling a multi-tenant workflow automation and document ingestion platform built natively on Azure. The platform is designed to revolutionize how we handle complex document intake ( transforming unstructured email data, extracting key information via Generative AI and OCR (Document Intelligence), and pushing it seamlessly into core insurance and banking workflows (such as policy changes).

, we are expanding our team of to bring on two crucial Full Stack Azure Developers:
one hands-on Technical Lead and one Intermediate Developer
. Both roles will integrate legacy on-premises systems with modern external APIs, building a secure, scalable, multi-tenant environment.

Senior Full-Stack Developer
Role Dynamics: You will help lead, establishing best practices, conducting code reviews, and keeping velocity high. You must be comfortable taking high-level project goals and breaking them down into architecture designs and concrete work packages.

Intermediate Full-Stack Developer
Role: Focus heavily on writing clean, production-ready backend and frontend code to support the multi-tenant platform and building document ingestion pipelines.

Must-Haves:

Strong Python, & Azure Full-Stack development experience.

Banking industry experience is a MUST (Ex-BMO, or major Canadian banks are highly preferred).

Deep familiarity with GenAI, Document Intelligence (OCR), or Agentic Workflows.

Designing and scaling GenAI features, LLM orchestration, and workflow automation.

Experience with Git Hub Copilot to fast-track code generation, testing, and delivery.

Able to bridge the gap between core systems and modern, secure external APIs.

Leveraging Document Intelligence and OCR to automate document intake, extract key data from emails, and route them to downstream platforms.

Plus

Insurance sector experience (specifically workflow automation or policy changes).
