We're seeking a hands-on Lead Agentic Automation Developer to join our dynamic team, focused on intelligent automation across various corporate functions. This role requires expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI agents, and collaborative tools like UiPath and Microsoft Copilot Studio. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency while delivering enterprise-grade solutions that address meaningful business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Develop semi-autonomous AI agents with defined logic
• Integrate AI agents with existing enterprise systems
• Modernize traditional RPA solutions with AI capabilities
• Own the lifecycle of automation solutions from design to deployment
Requirements:
• 3+ years in UiPath and Intelligent Automation
• Experience with Microsoft AI platforms
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI principles
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders
• Ability to mentor junior developers
