At Okta, the AI Dev Ex team at Auth0 seeks a Staff Software Engineer to enhance our authentication offerings for the GenAI era. You’ll build infrastructure for developers and AI agents, improving security and usability. Collaboration across engineering, product, and security teams will drive the delivery of cutting-edge solutions in developer tooling and AI infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build developer tooling for infrastructure security
• Create demo applications showcasing secure AI use cases
• Contribute to open-source projects in AI and identity
• Write high-quality documentation for developers and AI tools
• Drive integration with emerging AI frameworks
Requirements:
• 8+ years in software engineering
• Experience with LLM APIs and orchestration layers
• Familiarity with OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT systems
• Proven architectural design experience
• Passion for developer-focused documentation
