We are seeking a talented Fullstack Angular Lead to join our digital banking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for our banking applications, ensuring a seamless, responsive, and secure user experience. The ideal candidate should have strong front-end development skills, experience working within banking or financial environments, and a keen eye for detail.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Toronto, ON is CAD $120K - CAD $140K/year & benefits (see below).

The Role Responsibilities
  • Develop full-stack applications with Angular front-end and enterprise CMS integration (Adobe Experience Manager, dotCMS, Word Press, Contentful, Strapi).
  • Extend and customize CMS functionality through plugins, modules, and custom development.
  • Design data models, content structures, and server-side rendering (SSR) solutions for scalability.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical clarity to stakeholders on implementation approach, timeline, and reasoning.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless, accessible user experiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of front-end development experience, specifically with Angular.
  • Proven experience with enterprise-grade CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, dotCMS, Word Press).
  • CMS customization, data modelling, and content modelling expertise.
  • Tech lead/mentoring experience with strong communication skills.
Preferred skills
  • Component library expertise (PrimeNG, Material Design, Bootstrap)
  • Web accessibility standards knowledge (WAG, ARIA)
