SKILLS REQUIRED

4–7 years of hands‑on experience in Mainframe Development and Production Support.
Strong expertise in PL/I, DB2, IMS, and JCL for developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise mainframe applications.
Hands‑on experience with Control‑M, ISPW, HPSM, and JIRA for job scheduling, change management, incident tracking, and release management.
Experience in application enhancements, defect resolution, maintenance, and production support in mission‑critical environments.
Strong knowledge of batch processing, job scheduling, and batch job monitoring, including troubleshooting job failures and performance issues.
