AI Developer Support Role

• Troubleshoot production issues in AI/ML and data pipelines

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in AI/ML or application support

• Strong understanding of data pipelines and model lifecycle

• Familiarity with Appian platform and RPA

• Basic knowledge of generative AI concepts

• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly
