We seek a proficient Android Development Lead with 8–12+ years of experience in application development, including 2–3 years focusing on technical leadership.

Your role will encompass mentoring developers, establishing best practices, and ensuring the integration of modern technologies into our mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Android app design and development initiatives

• Define and uphold mobile architecture and coding standards

• Drive the use of contemporary technologies such as Jetpack Compose

• Engage in architecture and code reviews

• Resolve production issues with a systematic approach

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in Android development

• Strong skills in Kotlin, Java and Android SDK

• Knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Coroutines

• Competency in CI/CD and testing methodologies

• Experience with agile project management techniques
