Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee technical implementation from onboarding to launch

• Analyze and adapt customer hiring workflows

• Configure reporting, integrations, and interview processes

• Troubleshoot issues and work with engineering for solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal results

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in software engineering or support

• Familiarity with software integration and APIs

• Experience with ATS integrations is a plus

• Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, or REST APIs

• Excellent ability to communicate technical information
