Position: Mobile Development Lead at Toast
Join Toast as a Mobile Development Lead and help define the mobile experience in the sports and casino engagement space. Drive projects focusing on native mobile architecture using React Native across both iOS and Android.

As a central figure in product development, this role emphasizes leadership in transitioning away from Web View-heavy frameworks to high-performance applications. You'll collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences while maintaining a keen focus on activation and retention for app users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transition to performant, fully native mobile applications

• Maintain and build features that enhance user engagement

• Partner with backend teams for seamless API design

• Create fluid animations and precise interaction patterns

• Manage app launch pipelines and track performance analytics

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience shipping mobile applications

• Strong knowledge of React Native and Type Script

• Expertise with App Store Connect and Google Play release processes

• Ability to tackle performance profiling and debug issues

• Detail-oriented, with constructive inputs on UX decisions
