Reporting to the VP of Research and Development, you will join a collaborative team focused on developing EMR-integrated patient solutions. Your responsibilities will span the full software development lifecycle, allowing you to combine hands-on coding with architectural design. You'll mentor junior developers and work closely with Product Managers to ensure high-quality deliverables every sprint.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and enhance OceanMD's software for patient engagement
• Collaborate in Agile sprints with developers and product managers
• Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions
• Contribute to code reviews and solution design
• Share knowledge during monthly learning days
Requirements:
• Expertise in software development and architecture
• Strong mentoring skills and collaborative mindset
• Experience in healthcare technology is a plus
• Knowledge of EMRs and regulated SaaS products
• Familiarity with MongoDB or AI-assisted tools welcomed
