Join a modernization initiative focused on migrating legacy SSIS packages and enterprise data integration processes into Microsoft Fabric. This role supports the analysis, reverse engineering, and rebuild of ETL workflows using Microsoft Fabric Data Factory, Dataflows, Lakehouse, Warehouse, One Lake, and notebooks. The consultant will work alongside a team of Fabric specialists delivering prioritized modernization workloads in a hands‑on technical environment.

- Translate legacy ETL processes into Microsoft Fabric Data Factory pipelines, Dataflows, Lakehouse, Warehouse, One Lake, and notebooks
- Develop and optimize data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring processes
- Identify source‑to‑target mappings, operational dependencies, and undocumented business logic
- Validate migrated workloads through testing, reconciliation, and defect resolution
- Create technical documentation, implementation notes, data mappings, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials
- Participate in technical reviews, backlog refinement sessions, deployments, and handovers
