In this dynamic role, you'll be designing, developing, and supporting intelligent automation solutions that reduce costs and enhance customer experiences. Stakeholder collaboration is integral as you discover automation opportunities and develop end-to-end robotic process automation capabilities. Take ownership of existing automations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create efficient automation solutions with Microsoft Power Automate
• Facilitate process mapping sessions with business stakeholders
• Develop integrations using APIs and web services
• Support monitoring and enhancement of existing solutions
• Contribute to automation governance and quality assurance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years in Robotic Process Automation
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and related tools
• Proficiency in programming with .NET and SQL
• Strong understanding of API development and integrations
