Key Responsibilities:

• Build and mentor a robust engineering team
Requirements:
• 10+ years experience in distributed systems
• 5+ years of leadership experience in engineering
• Expertise in Java-based backend systems
• Familiarity with cloud-native operations and tools
• Proven success in developing ad tech infrastructures
