Intermediate ServiceNow SPM Consultant

Step into the role of an Intermediate Service Now SPM Consultant, where you'll focus on configuring and expanding portfolio management solutions. Expertise in Service Now dashboards and workflows is vital.

We’re seeking a candidate with at least five years of Service Now SPM experience to support the design and development of strategic solutions. Strong understanding of Project Management lifecycle and Service Now development best practices will be key. Work will involve creating user-friendly dashboards and reports while managing integration with various Service Now modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and develop Service Now SPM capabilities

• Gather requirements and develop proofs of concept

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports

• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective solutions

• Develop and enhance Service Now workflows

Requirements:

• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• 5+ years of Service Now SPM experience

• Experience with Flow Designer for automation

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
