The Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Enablement Developer to build and enhance AI-powered capabilities within financial services. You’ll bring strong software engineering expertise, with a particular focus on Python development, API integration and the practical adoption of AI tools.
You’ll work collaboratively with development teams to understand their workflows, challenges and opportunities, helping develop and integrate AI-enabled solutions that improve how technology is delivered.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop and maintain robust Python-based applications and APIs.
Build and enable new AI-driven capabilities and features.
Develop, refine and optimize prompts for AI tools and large language models (LLMs).
Support the adoption and integration of AI solutions, including Git Hub Copilot and other AI models.
Collaborate with development teams to understand workflows, challenges and opportunities for AI enablement.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of software development experience, with strong hands-on engineering capabilities.
Strong Python development experience, alongside an understanding of software development life cycles and developer workflows.
Experience designing, developing or integrating APIs.
Practical exposure to AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, AI tools, fine-tuning or model enablement.
Ability to combine software engineering expertise with hands-on AI experience to support the development and adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
Bonus Points For
Java development experience.
Experience working with Git Hub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
Knowledge of LLM prompting, model tuning or AI implementation practices.
