The Developer Experience/Customer Experience Agent Studio (CXAS) Console team is harnessing the power of Google's next generation agentic development platform to empower anyone to build enterprise grade agents. We work across the development lifecycle - build, evaluate, deploy, monitor and optimize, extending the console, and re-imagining workflows in an agentic era. Our work is an intersection of AI centric workflows, in an evolving AI infused front-end serving customers around the world  this role, you be understanding how AI can be used reliably in real world scenarios, with high profile customers, both in creating agents, and running them.

Canada: $182000 - $186000 (CAD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Architect and implement intuitive, AI-centric workflows that simplify complex agent configurations, directly contributing to an evolving AI-infused front end that serves customers globally ld robust, performant front-end components capable of managing real-time interactions, data visualizations, and testing interfaces for agents engaging in complex, open-ended dialogues and autonomous tasks.
Collaborate closely with UX design, product management, and ML engineering partners to translate ambiguous technical constraints into intuitive, user-centric front-end solutions.
Provide front-end architectural oversight, set UI engineering best practices, and coach team members to drive engineering excellence within a changing, collaborative environment.
