RBC Borealis in Toronto is seeking an experienced Staff Machine Learning Software Engineer to lead strategic AI initiatives and direct multiple AI Engineering teams in alignment with business goals.
You will own end-to-end ML projects from prototyping to production, optimize model serving platforms, feature stores, and data pipelines, and mentor senior engineers while collaborating across the organization.
