This role focuses on establishing MLOps practices within the Data & AI Technology Partners team. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Data Science, you will be instrumental in ensuring AI solutions are ready for production and effectively governed. Your engineering expertise will shape the future of AI at Aviso.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create ML engineering patterns for production readiness

• Implement effective MLOps strategies using cloud platforms

• Standardize model deployment and monitoring practices

• Assist with API integration for cutting-edge AI solutions

• Work with Data Engineering on feature engineering standards
Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field

• 10+ years of overall experience, at least 4 in production ML

• Relevant Databricks or AWS certifications helpful

• Strong programming skills in Python for ML applications

• Familiar with model performance and governance practices
