Key Requirements
6 Plus years of hands-on Salesforce development and solution delivery experience
Strong Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integration experience
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Flows, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules
Strong experience with Salesforce Public Sector Foundation (PSF) / Vlocity , including the PSF data model
Experience with data modelling, migration, and cleansing
Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions and leading technical design sessions and code reviews
5+ years of Agile/Scrum development experience
Experience delivering medium-to-large, complex Salesforce implementations
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, access controls, and data-sharing rules
Mandatory Certification
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I — REQUIRED
Nice-to-Have Certifications
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect
Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Other Salesforce Designer / Architect certifications
