Guidewire ClaimCenter Lead

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Guidewire products to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Guidewire Claim Center with other suite components.
• Use Jira to manage project tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Develop and maintain Guidewire tools and accelerators to streamline processes and improve system performance.
• Provide technical expertise in Guidewire Studio to customize and extend application functionality.
• Oversee integration of the Guidewire Insurance Suite with existing systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Lead development of digital portals using Guidewire Digital Portal to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Champion best practices under the Guidewire Work Model to optimize project outcomes and resource utilization.
• Conduct regular system performance assessments and recommend improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Mentor junior team members to support their skill development and growth.
• Stay current on industry trends and Guidewire advancements to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Contribute to the company's strategic goals by delivering solutions that improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Guidewire Associate or Guidewire ACE certification required; certification on the Palisades release preferred.
• Extensive experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite integration and its core components.
• Proven proficiency with Guidewire Claim Center and related tools for claims management.
• Strong background in Jira for project management and task tracking.
• Expertise in Guidewire Studio for application customization and extension.
• Familiarity with Guidewire Digital Portal for building user-friendly digital interfaces.
• Solid understanding of the Guidewire Work Model for efficient project execution.
