Position: Senior Software Engineer for APIs and Backstage
Elevate developer experiences at Zoom Info as a Senior Software Engineer focusing on API development and Backstage enhancements. Leverage your expertise in Type Script and Node.js to create robust tools for our teams.
In this role, you will own the development of our Internal Developer Platform, integrating systems and ensuring high reliability. Your hands-on approach to building REST and GraphQL APIs in a Kubernetes environment will streamline developer workflows and enhance operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own microservice architecture on Backstage

• Enhance the catalog and ingestion pipeline with integrations

• Create innovative features like AI reports for developers

• Monitor service reliability using Datadog and Git Ops practices

• Partner with engineering and governance to refine catalog models
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering

• Strong skills in Type Script, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis

• Experience with ArgoCD, Helm, and Git Hub Actions

• Practical knowledge of LLM integration in production
