In this dynamic role within Intact’s Innovation Lab, you will be responsible for the development and enhancement of software solutions aimed at fostering organizational resilience. You are expected to bring at least five years of specialized software experience and a grounding in machine learning concepts. This role is pivotal as you mentor others and lead projects to fruition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage microservices and APIs

• Collaborate on the establishment of development standards

• Participate in testing and improving system quality

• Optimize development workflow and resources

• Support problem resolution across technical challenges
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in computer or software engineering, 5+ years’ experience

• Proficient in Python with a background in Java and Bash

• Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Knowledge of modern Dev Ops and AWS technologies
