Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed solution designs for MIDAS
• Drive modernization initiatives alongside business stakeholders
• Manage releases and oversee production deployments
• Produce comprehensive documentation of processes
• Deliver timely application support for market-critical functions
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical roles
• Expertise in Java and Oracle 19c
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Effective communicator with multi-disciplinary teams
• Familiarity with Capital Markets and Agile methodologies
