In this role, Kaseya is looking for a Senior Platform Backend Engineer to build and operate services that connect essential workflows and security mechanisms within the Kaseya Intelligence Platform. This hands-on position will require creativity and technical skill, particularly with Go or Rust programming, to ensure robust solutions in high-traffic environments. The candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the reliability and functionality of the backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services for seamless workflow execution

• Create integrations converting webhooks into durable workflows

• Implement advanced secrets management and KMS abstraction

• Enforce authentication and authorization capabilities

• Drive Git Ops-based deployment strategies for customer environments

Requirements:

• 5+ years in backend software engineering

• Strong experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka

• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 for identity management

• Skilled in encryption techniques and key management

• Experience managing multi-tenant production systems
