Our platform manages registration, housing, marketing, lead capture, attendee engagement, and onsite operations for complex events where reliability, performance, and scale matter.

We're modernizing our platform using cloud-native architecture, AI-assisted engineering, and modern development practices—and we're looking for senior developers who want to help shape what comes next.

This is a hands-on senior engineering role.

You’ll design, build, and operate production systems that support high-volume event registration, attendee management, hotel inventory management, integrations, and real-time event operations.

You’ll work across a modern technology stack that includes:

• C#
• .NET
• React
• Type Script
• SQL Server
• Azure
• Azure Dev Ops
• REST APIs
• Distributed services
• AI-assisted development tools

This role is ideal for developers who enjoy solving challenging technical problems, owning systems end-to-end, and working close to architecture and product decisions.

• Designing and building scalable backend services in C# and .NET
• Building modern React and Type Script user experiences
• Developing APIs and integrations that connect multiple business systems
• Optimizing database performance and query execution
• Modernizing legacy components into cloud-native services
• Improving observability, monitoring, reliability, and operational excellence
• Leveraging AI-enabled development practices to accelerate delivery and improve quality
• Participating in architecture discussions and technical decision-making

• 5+ years building commercial software products
• Strong C# and .NET experience
• Strong React and Type Script experience
• Strong SQL skills including schema design and performance optimization
• Experience building and consuming APIs
• Experience working with Azure or another major cloud platform
• Experience operating production systems

• Distributed systems experience
• Event-driven architecture
• Microservices
• Containerization
• CI/CD pipeline design
• Application monitoring and observability platforms
• Experience using AI coding assistants in production development workflows

• You own technical solutions from design through production
• You improve the quality and maintainability of the systems around you
• You help drive technical decisions and architectural evolution
• You raise engineering standards through code reviews, mentoring, and technical leadership
• You contribute meaningful improvements to developer productivity through automation and AI-enabled engineering practices
