In this foundational engineering role, you’ll collaborate directly with the CTO and founding members to innovate within the insurance technology sector. The position requires a senior developer proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, particularly with experience in generative AI. Your efforts will be directed toward creating secure, auditable systems and enhancing product specifications to meet real-world demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of significant product features

• Design secure flows for user authentication and permissions

• Utilize AI to optimize further product development

• Transform knowledge into structured reusable formats

• Engage closely with early customers on design decisions
Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering

• Mastery in Python and Type Script with relevant tools

• Deep knowledge of API structures and cloud solutions

• Direct experience with agentic AI and workflows
