Shape AI in healthcare as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for Signal 1, contributing to its AI Management System. Focus on both back and front-end development in a growing startup environment.
In this role, reporting to the Director of Application Engineering, you will build the framework for the AIMS platform, ensuring it meets the needs of healthcare systems. With responsibilities ranging from software architecture to engineering best practices, you will aid in creating user-centric products alongside Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and refine the backend and frontend components
• Drive architecture and engineering practices for quality improvement
• Translate high-level problems into technical solutions
• Collaborate with diverse teams for optimal outcomes
• Adopt AI tools in everyday development practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5 years of software engineering experience
• Minimum 2 years in shipping useful user-facing products
• Proficient in system design and software decision-making
• Experience with AI tools integrated in workflows
