Job Title: Service Now Discovery Engineer / ITOM Specialist

Job Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid

Duration: 12 months

Designed, configured, and customized Service Now solutions with 5+ years of hands‑on development experience across Asset Management, Discovery, and CMDB modules, ensuring accurate configuration management and operational efficiency.

Developed and integrated custom Service Now applications and workflows using REST/SOAP APIs and JSON web services, enabling seamless connectivity with external enterprise systems.

Implemented best practices for asset and configuration management, leveraging Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Catalog Item Designer, while executing automated test cases using the Automated Testing Framework (ATF) to ensure solution reliability.

• Collaborated within Agile environments to deliver scalable Service Now solutions aligned with ITIL processes, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills and maintaining platform compliance with industry standards and certifications (CSA, CAD).
