emergiTEL is hiring a Mobile Developer in Toronto, ON, to create cutting-edge SDKs for the Digital identity sector. You'll work on developing versatile iOS and Android SDKs that underpin secure mobile applications.
This permanent position requires experience in mobile SDK engineering for identity solutions, focusing on privacy, reliability, and API design. Candidates should be well-versed in Swift and Kotlin, with a strong understanding of mobile networking as well as public API design.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own design, development, and release of mobile SDKs
• Ensure backward compatibility and deliberate versioning practices
• Support partner teams with integration and troubleshooting
• Conduct extensive testing across OS versions and devices
• Write and maintain high-quality developer documentation
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in mobile development
• Hands-on expertise in building and packaging libraries
• Strong knowledge of mobile networking and security
• Proven skills in Swift and Kotlin
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
