As part of the Workforce Management team, your expertise will play a critical role in enriching our platform for new customer segments. You will apply your hands-on experience with modern languages, leveraging Ruby/Rails and Golang to develop solutions that impact user experience directly. Your resourcefulness and collaboration with product partners will shape the way we mitigate challenges in the development cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop large-scale software applications
• Utilize critical thinking to solve complex problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
• Experiment with AI tooling in development workflows
• Assess and optimize existing resources for efficiency
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant software engineering experience
• Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and Ruby/Rails
• Eagerness to learn Golang and embrace new technologies
• Ability to understand customer problems and trade-offs
• Proven skills in teamwork and communication
