This role requires knowledge in IBM Mainframe tech stack and tools like Jira and Confluence. You will independently analyze IMS Segments, lead junior developers, and manage the development lifecycle from coding to deployment, all while adapting to the challenges of the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed designs and analyze IMS Segments

• Guide junior developers in their tasks

• Perform development and unit testing of code

• Analyze DB2 objects for optimal performance

• Use tools like INSYNC and Service Now effectively
Requirements:

• Proficiency in IBM Mainframe, COBOL, and JCL

• Strong analytical skills with DB2 objects

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Git Hub Copilot

• Adaptable problem solver eager to learn

• Knowledge of Kafka and RESTful APIs is an advantage
