In this role, you will bring over 3 years of Salesforce development experience utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. You will be tasked with designing and deploying custom Salesforce solutions while maintaining Service Cloud features. Collaborate with various teams and participate in Agile methodology to ensure top-notch project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs
• Configure Service Cloud for optimum performance and SLA compliance
• Create user-friendly Experience Cloud sites
• Engage in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues
• Support data cleansing and migration activities
Requirements:
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience required
• Proven implementation of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Strong understanding of data security architecture
• Familiarity with Dev Ops tools like Gearset
• Required Salesforce development certifications
