In the role of AI / Agent Engineer, you’ll leverage your software engineering and AI knowledge to enhance Appnovation's digital platforms. Focused on the development of agent tools and pipelines, you’ll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure high-quality AI integrations, utilizing your problem-solving abilities to enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and optimize MCP servers for LLM access

• Design pipelines for agent-friendly document handling

• Develop retrieval strategies across data sources

• Work with QA on improving factual accuracy

• Document technical designs and maintain high code quality
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering

• Over 5 years in software engineering roles

• In-depth knowledge of Python and LLM development

• Familiar with graph data stores and data retrieval frameworks

• Exceptional problem-solving and team collaboration skills
