In this pivotal role, you will design and optimize agent systems, ensuring reliability in complex, multi-step tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Design agentic systems end-to-end including orchestration and memory

• Ensure reliability by diagnosing and preventing stalls and misuse

• Measure agent performance through continuous evaluation sets

• Optimize tradeoffs between latency, quality, and cost

• Integrate agents into production systems for business reliability

Requirements:

• Expertise in production Python with agent frameworks knowledge

• Experience in building agentic systems in real environments

• Understanding of agent performance tradeoffs in workflows

• Strong evaluation rigour for business context

• Familiarity with agent coding tools and engineering discipline
