Position: Solutions Developer III (5+ years of experience) to automate operational processes using SDLC, JavaScript, VBA, SQL

Join a team supporting process simplification and operational excellence initiatives within a banking environment. This role focuses on developing and maintaining operational tools, automating processes, and supporting production applications used across Operations & Delivery teams. The position offers exposure across multiple business groups while working within a collaborative Agile environment supporting both new development and maintenance initiatives. Candidates will work closely with internal business partners and delivery teams on process improvement solutions.

Must Haves

5+ years of SDLC and code development
Back-end development using VBA and API methods
SQL Server query optimization and stored procedures
Degree or Diploma required

Nice to Have

Code review experience
Banking or financial institution experience
Jira and Confluence

Responsibilities

Develop code for operational tools and use cases supporting process automation
Support existing production tools used across Operations & Delivery
Create new process improvement tools with business partners and delivery teams
Develop and maintain business solutions within the RESL Automation team
Support ideation, development, deployment, and governance of tools, processes, and workflows
Work within Agile delivery environments across New Build and Maintenance Pods
