The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with Java versions 8, 11, and 21, plus cloud expertise in Azure environments. Your skills in asynchronous programming, JPA/Hibernate, and query optimization will play a critical role in development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the design of complex applications and low-level components

• Advance application functionalities with Java features

• Implement JPA/Hibernate within the tech stack

• Manage message queues, including MQ or Kafka

• Conduct query optimization for database performance

Requirements:

• 12+ years of IT experience, banking experience is an asset

• 5 years in leadership roles for large enterprises

• Strong foundational knowledge of Dev Ops tools and practices

• Familiarity with Azure Cloud and Openshift beneficial

• Ability to articulate Java features and code snippets clearly
