Position: Senior AEM Developer at The Agency
Elevate your career with The Agency as a Senior Adobe Experience Manager Developer. Focus on designing scalable AEM solutions with OSGi and Apache Sling expertise while working on-site.

This role is geared towards a developer with over 8 years in IT and AEM. You will take ownership of AEM project deliveries, implementing custom components and templates, developing OSGi services, and managing the full SDLC lifecycle. Your contributions will significantly impact enterprise-scale solutions through strong collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AEM components and workflows

• Develop OSGi services and build dynamic components

• Configure and administer AEM Author/Publish instances

• Optimize performance with Dispatcher and Apache configurations

• Troubleshoot and enhance systems across environments

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on AEM experience

• Expertise in HTL/Sightly, Sling Models, and APIs

• Strong knowledge of OSGi and Apache Sling architecture

• Proven skills in web services integration

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
