In this role, you will lead automation solutions while driving an automation-first quality strategy. Use AI-powered tools such as Git Hub Copilot and Claude to assist in test design, execution, and defect analysis. With a focus on continuous integration and robust CI/CD quality gates, your work will support complex insurance and retirement systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive automation-first quality strategy across projects
• Develop AI-enhanced automated test solutions
• Design UI and API automation frameworks using modern practices
• Integrate AI regressions into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers
Requirements:
• 6+ years in Quality Engineering, focusing on AI testing
• Strong knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI
• Experience with automation tools, particularly Playwright
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Exposure to Life Insurance and Retirement domains
