Capital One Canada is on the lookout for a Staff Software Engineer specializing in iOS development. In this role, you will leverage your 6+ years of experience to lead technical initiatives and mentor emerging talent. As part of a collaborative team, you will drive software improvements while integrating cutting-edge technologies into our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of essential components and platform needs

• Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle

• Improve and refine software engineering practices

• Provide mentorship to various levels of mobile associates

• Guide technology evolution within your domain

Requirements:

• Over 6 years’ experience in native iOS development

• Extensive knowledge of software design and architecture

• Proven track record in mentoring technical team members

• Experience working within an agile environment

• Cloud technology experience, preferably AWS
