This position requires an experienced Senior Engineer to spearhead the development of full stack applications. At Element, you'll transform business needs into high-quality technical solutions and enhance application performance using a variety of frameworks, including React and Spring Boot.
Your role will also include mentoring junior engineers and fostering best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full stack application design, development, and support
• Drive technical strategy for high-quality software solutions
• Convert business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications
• Enhance front-end components with scalable solutions
• Support SQL and optimize database interactions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 8+ years in enterprise-level application development
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and batch processing solutions
• Strong skills in front-end tech including React and Java Script
• Proficient in SQL with a focus on performance
