Responsibilities     Influence product and technology strategy by helping define product features, refine system architecture, and spearhead Agentic AI and LLM best practices that enable a quality product.
Build agentic APIs to deliver low latency, low cost, highly reliable, and high scalable cloud services and device software solutions.
Drive and lead software design, development standards, team processes and code reviews.
Optimize software libraries for low latency, CPU and memory footprint.
Deliver high‑quality software through working in a dynamic, team‑focused Agile/Scrum environment.
Contribute to the professional development of colleagues, improving their technical knowledge and engineering practices.

Basic Qualifications     5+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience.
5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Preferred Qualifications     5+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Compensation & Benefits   The base salary range for this position is  –  CAD annually.
