ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Overview

seeking an experienced Service Now Tech Lead to design| build| and deliver scalable Service Now solutions across IT and non-IT domains. The role requires strong hands-on development expertise| leadership capability| and experience working in enterprise BFSI environments.

• Design| build| test| and deploy Service Now solutions using ITSM| Virtual Agent| and the Now Platform.
• Develop and configure Service Now components including Client Scripts| Business Rules| UI Actions| UI Policies Script Includes| REST APIs| Notifications| Reports| Dashboards| PA Indicators Service Catalog| Workflows| Flow Designer| and Automation Lead new implementations| enhancements| and backlog development activities.
• Build and support integrations between Service Now and enterprise systems.
• Implement Service Portal solutions using AngularJS.
• Support CMDB| Cloud Discovery| and platform upgrades while reducing customizations.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Coach and guide developers| administrators| and testers.
• Participate in Agile delivery| sprint planning| code reviews| testing| and UAT defect resolution.
• Leverage Now Assist and AI-driven capabilities across ITSM| Virtual Agent| HRSD| and CSM.

• Experience:
  
  6-8 years of hands-on Service Now development experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations of Service Now ITSM and Virtual Agent.
• Strong knowledge of the Service Now platform and development best practices.
• Strong integration experience using REST and other integration mechanisms.
• Experience working in Agile Sprint-based delivery models.

• Experience with ITOM| ITAM| SAM| HAM| BCM| APM| App Engine Experience implementing Now Assist
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work across distributed teams
