The role of AI & Machine Learning Solutions Lead within OMERS focuses on developing and deploying advanced AI and Generative AI technologies to meet business needs. Collaborating closely with teams across Investments and Corporate functions, you will implement solutions that drive measurable results. Your expertise will be integral in navigating the complexities of AI delivery from prototype to full-scale production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create AI/ML and Generative AI solutions from scratch
• Build robust MLOps architectures for pipeline management
• Research emerging AI models and frameworks for innovation
• Work alongside engineers to ensure successful solution deployment
• Contribute to AI governance and responsible practices
Requirements:
• 3+ years in software engineering, focused on AI/ML
• Practical experience with LLMs and generative frameworks
• Strong background in machine learning methodologies
• Proven ability to manage detailed engineering workflows
• Excellent communication for technical discussions with all stakeholders
