Job Description Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and continuously expand data pipelines by performing extraction, transformation, and loading activities. Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.

• Experience and Skill Set Requirements  Service Now Development (40%)  
• 5+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.  
• Experience developing custom applications, workflows, integrations, automation solutions, and platform enhancements.  
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Dev Ops methodologies, testing, deployment, and code management practices.  
• Ability to design, develop, support, and continuously improve scalable Service Now solutions that meet business and operational requirements.
Service Now Architecture, Strategy & Roadmap (30%)  
• 5+ years of Service Now platform experience, including 3-5 years in solution architecture and platform governance roles.  
• Demonstrated experience developing Service Now roadmaps, architecture standards, and platform modernization strategies aligned to business objectives.  
• Strong knowledge of Service Now platform architecture, CSDM, CMDB, integrations, data models, security, and governance.  
• Experience leading solution design, architecture reviews, technical governance, and platform transformation initiatives.  
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and future-state Service Now solutions.  
• Knowledge of Service Now AI, Automation Engine, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and emerging platform capabilities.
Service Now System Administration (30%)  
• 5+ years of experience administering Service Now in complex enterprise environments.  
• Experience managing platform upgrades, patching, release management, cloning, security, and instance health.  
• Strong knowledge of user administration, roles, groups, access controls, system configuration, and platform governance.  
• Experience ensuring platform availability, performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
Certifications Preferred  
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)  
• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)  
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, IRM, or equivalent)  
• Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) considered a strong asset
