Justice Technology Services is seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer to support the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee's modernization efforts.
Your role will involve configuring, customizing, and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and creating impactful Power BI dashboards. You’ll collaborate with internal and vendor teams to ensure high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions
• Create interactive Power BI reports and dashboards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Support user acceptance testing and defect validation
• Document technical specifications and enhancements
Requirements:
• 5+ years of enterprise applications development
• Strong Power BI expertise in data modeling
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Operations
• Knowledge of SQL and data integration processes
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops and CI/CD practices
Utilize your Dynamics 365 and Power BI skills to make a difference in Toronto's public service initiatives.
