Infra Engineer: GCP, Kubernetes & Scale
Stream is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to help rebuild the platform underneath Stream. You will own parts of the infrastructure as the team migrates from AWS to GCP, moves to Kubernetes, and relocates 35–40 PostgreSQL shards to self-hosted, while the platform handles billions of API requests.
You will write production Go and Python, lead post-migration tuning, and collaborate across backend, video and moderation teams. This is a small, senior team with high ownership and impact.
