As a Lead Engineer, you will take complete ownership of the technical aspects of 99

This position requires a blend of generalist skills across web, data, and infrastructure technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set project roadmaps with the product team and customers
• Manage payment processes and reconciliation across providers
• Integrate AI features into the fundraising platform
• Elevate engineering standards and practices
• Write comprehensive documentation for the codebase
Requirements:
• Proven experience with payment handling and fraud prevention
• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL database management
• Experience deploying LLM features in production
• Background with Ruby on Rails and related technologies
