Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement test automation strategies and frameworks
• Collaborate with teams to define user stories and acceptance criteria
• Lead Proof of Concepts for advanced testing technologies
• Conduct test asset reviews and compliance assessments
• Mentor team members in quality engineering best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant quality engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and coding practices
• Hands-on skills in JCL and automation tools
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities
