This role is ideal for an experienced security-minded engineer with 5+ years in software engineering and application security. You will design authentication flows, develop BYOK capabilities, and maintain security across Motive's cloud infrastructure. Your contributions will ensure a secure development lifecycle and improved application security practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain secure authentication and OAuth integrations
• Build and evolve authorization platforms for data access
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and threat modeling reviews
• Partner with teams to remediate security vulnerabilities
• Mentor engineers on security-focused decisions
Requirements:
• 5+ years in software engineering or security engineering
• Experience with OAuth, threat modeling, and AWS security controls
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and encryption practices
• Strong communication of complex security concepts
• Familiarity with SAST and DAST testing methodologies
