In this position, you will engage in hands-on development and debugging of embedded Linux software, from initial board bring-up to deployment, in a dynamic environment. Bring your expertise in camera systems or device platforms to build reliable data paths that maintain recordings through interruptions. Your work will improve system performance and power efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and debug embedded Linux software for capture hardware
• Build reliable data paths for recording integrity
• Measure and enhance performance and power consumption
• Collaborate with engineers to fix hardware-related issues
• Test software behavior under real operating conditions
Requirements:
• Proficient in C/C++ and Python or shell scripting
• Experience with ARM or similar embedded hardware
• Strong understanding of Linux processes and memory management
• Ability to profile resource use and manage concurrency
• Experience in creating reproducible software releases
